Taekwondo for Life SKills
Through a fun and dynamic learning environment developed by the ATA, the Karate for Kids program and Tigers program develop invaluable skills such as confidence, self-control, focus, respect, discipline and integrity.
Mueller's Tri Valley ATA works to teach more than "kicking and punching" martial arts skills. Our instructors work hard to teach giving back to others, leadership skills, and how to follow directions. Having fun, while we learn!
Adults can also develop their confidence, and self esteem while relieving stress in a fun and fast paced learning environment.
TAekwondo for Fitness
Fitness is extremely important for students of all ages. Mueller's ATA Black Belt Academy provides fitness development for students of all fitness levels.
In the Tigers program, kids age 3.5-5 develop gross motor skills and balance while being led through age appropriate exercises.
Students age 6 and up are challenged through interesting drills and techniques that advance in difficulty as they progress in rank. Martial arts is an excellent way to improve agility, flexibility, strength, balance and core conditioning.
Taekwondo for Self-DEfense
Self-defense is an important component of martial arts training. At every class students are encouraged to not only learn new techniques and improve existing skills, but they are also encouraged to understand how the techniques can be applied in a self defense application.
Sparring while wearing safety equipment provides a safe and fun learning environment that also helps students understand how to react in an unpredictable situation.
ATA Taekwondo Comes to Pleasanton!
Students can now learn ATA Taekwondo in Pleasanton, CA. The ATA is one of the largest centrally organized Taekwondo associations in the world, teaching the Songahm style of Taekwondo taught by the late Eternal Grand Master H.U. Lee. This new independently owned and operation location of the ATA offers classes at multiple locations within the Pleasanton community.
Mueller's ATA Black Belt Academy is giving back to the community by offering classes that develop confidence, focus, fitness and self defense by offering their patented Karate for Kids program to students who attend Pleasanton schools. A percentage of the proceeds raised from the martial arts program goes back to local Pleasanton schools!
I am so proud to be a resident of this wonderful community! The generosity of our students & local residents is overwhelming! Although this food drive ended on 07/23, I requested a few extra days ( since the barrel was basically empty). In the last 2 days this has filled to overflowing! Help us continue to keep the food in the Tri Valley area, the barrel will be located outside the school until late tomorrow morning. If you have not had the opportunity to help Tri Valley Haven in their summer food drive, please place it in our barrel at 37 Wyoming Street in Pleasanton. Thank you to everyone for your random acts of kindness!
